The facility charges more but provides less. For example, we were required to pay for beach cabana services despite an abundance of empty spaces available. In addition, there were not enough umbrellas on the beach, which was disappointing.
The restaurant options are very limited, and there was no dinner buffet offered. However, after we raised our concerns — as we were a large group with 14 room reservations — the manager arranged a special sit‑down dinner for us. Chef Mario truly excelled, and the meal he prepared was exceptional.

Room was clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was good. We had a wonderful Christmas here. They should take reservations for dinners and allow you to control the thermostat in the room, even if its just the fan on/off. Honestly, if i had been able to sleep well because it was cool enough I would give 5 stars!! Wait staff around the pool were amazing, especially JJ..wooaa wooa!!
