The room was clean and the location was great. Close to monorail. They should do the room service everyday.

The view of the strip from my room was amazing!!! This is my second time staying at this hotel and if I visit Las Vegas again, I would stay at this hotel yet again.

The property was great, and the staff was courteous and helpful. There was some confusion about the resort fee and credits, but customer service resolved to our satisfaction.

The room has an 1/2 drank waterbottle and cleaning rag next to it. When I checked in the cleaning service ladies were bickering Nextdoor about something. I let the front desk know all the details and they said they would look into it. I’ve stayed there before, but for a nice hotel, that should happen and with no remedy. I’ll probably go to Fontainbleau next time when looking for a 5 star.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. I booked a smoking room, and they put us in a non smoking room. They corrected the error in record time. The right hand sink in the bathroom drained very slowly. The ice machine on our floor went out on Sunday, and they were working on it immediately, and my wife was able to get ice for her drinks on Monday. The room was very nice, although the TV did not get more than one channel. Room service was good, but expensive. Two burgers with fries, and four non alcoholic drinks was $238.00 dollars.
