Location was convenient with lots of restaurants around and train station close by. Room was okay, found a spider on the bed as I was getting ready for bed. Room is spacious, love that there is a kitchen counter and toaster. They had a washer and dryer in the room which is convenient but my clothes didn’t dry completely when i select the wash/dry option so my clothes was still damp and smell like mildew when I got back to the room at night. Staff is friendly, the elevator is pretty small.

We really enjoyed the property and the staff were very helpful from the very start. Rana and his colleagues helped us whenever we needed anything. The room was clean and very functional and the location was excellent and close to everything. In fact we are returning in two weeks 🙂

Despite our room looking down on a major road it was surprisingly quiet at night. Location was very good, especially if you plan on hitting the Kappabashi kitchenware town looking for good knives or further down to Asakusa Nakamise-dori, or a different direction to or Ameyoko Market. Very comfortable and well outfitted.

when i arrived late at night, the person checking me in greeted me coldly, did mot help me with my luggage, and watched me struggle with my two suitcases on the way into the hotel and to the desk, no help was offered and i was not welcomed

We spent about 5 days and nights at this location, the staff was beyond friendly and understanding to foreigners! The rooftop terrace was a huge plus if you plan to just relax and have coffee in the morning or for a chill night in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner options available were also delicious and affordable. The hotel is located in a prime spot to access the Kawaski station, making your travel into Tokyo fairly simple as well. I would highly recommenced Slash for your stay!! And to be honest this Hotel is first on my list given I take another trip into Tokyo.
