Great hotel experience overall. The location was perfect for a tourist and not too hectic like other parts of NYC. The hotel has a very cool bar and terrace. The rooms were clean and included thoughtful complimentary things. Staff were super nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!

Very poor experience. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not made to feel like a guest of the hotel. No shower available or room to get changed before an evening flight and had to be out the room by 11. Staff not friendly or helpful only the bell desk.
Rooms very noisy can hear all doors banging and outside very loud. Very disappointed.
Location and hotel beautiful but that’s about all
