Hey - it's a Hyatt. Superb rooms. Great amenities in the room. VERY close to the Airport entrance. Did have a leaky shower but not a big problem. What bothered us a bit was we arrived dog tired and hot at later than 14:00 and were told our room was not ready and they would email us when it was (official check in was 15:00 - but every other hotel we stayed in in Europe was very gracious about getting us into a room earlier than official check-in) . They were pleasant but not apologetic or offering to perhaps find another room for us or offer any suggestions on how and where to freshen up, get a cool drink, etc. At their pricing, a little helpful obsequious fawning would have been nice. Ultimately, we were not notified of a room until near 16:00. I'd expect this level of service (or lack thereof) from Hilton, but not Hyatt. Sorry to be a whining curmudgeon - but we were hot, dehydrated, tired, and were toting around heavy backpacks.Oh, and dining options were too limited. But again, the room was superb.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were comfortable and had a free minibar in room with water, soda, beer, peanuts and a chocolate. I forgot something in my room and staff went above and beyond to find and hold it for me until I returned to the city. Conveniently located with nearby shops, restaurants and dining. Walking path near by as well. Loved the loaner bag to use as I explored the city and other little touches. I only wish I had more time there!

Everything was absolutely fantastic. I met one of the house keepers and I spoke to a several of staff members they were very helpful and polite.
The only thing that needs adjusting is the door it would be nice if there’s a safety chain inside as I am a solo female traveler and things like this makes me feel safer. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to airport Zürich staff.
