Poor instruction for check in, you need to pay cash deposit, which they didn’t mention beforehand. Room towel was also not given enough, but they did send it after we asked for it
But the view and location was very nice

The hotel still very new and convenient with walking distance to One Utama. Hospitality wise is perfect as they provide shuttle to BU transportation hub as my mom are not able to walk long distance.

I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in KL, with excellent service from the moment I arrived—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a superb view. The location is a big plus, within walking distance of Petaling Street and Chinatown, perfect for local food and bar hopping. I’d give this hotel a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—a definite must-stay!
