What was supposed to be our annual anniversary getaway turned from a 5-star experience into a complete disappointment. We understand the property is undergoing renovations, but that is no excuse for poor customer service, rooms with AC issues, flavorless food, and a lack of communication.
We brought friends because we spoke so highly of this resort, only for them to experience a dirty room and a frightening security incident around 2–3 AM when a naked man attempted to open their patio door. The way the situation was handled was extremely concerning.
Sadly, the hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to guest safety we once loved are no longer what they used to be. This trip changed our perception of a place we once highly recommended, and we will think twice before returning.

Absolutely an unbelievable experience. Our butlers Daniel and Diego were 10 out of 10. Our pool concierge Omar was also great. Service and food was exceptional all the way around. Can’t wait to go back.

It was important that we had a balcony. And the management took it upon themselves too allow my daughter and I to sign a release. And it was so wonderful we enjoyed our room at 413. The beds were very comfortable in the shower had a lot of pressure and the view was amazing pool and ocean. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic.
