Suwakyo Promenade All inclusive Vacations

Love this location for proximity to the jr line and monorail for easy transfer to the airports. Also not in a busy touristy part of the city, so perfect for people who get overwhelmed with the Tokyo congestion. A great bakery and 7-Eleven around the corner kept us fed for easy breakfasts before full days of sightseeing. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of four, including two college-aged kids.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was located in a great area! If you like staying close to train stations but also out of super busy areas I would definitely recommend this place!

Spacious room for 3. Location was easy to find and everything went well from check-in to check-out. Would stay here again.

The airline lost our luggage. The staff were amazing with assisting receiving the bags and getting them to us. The lounge was the cherry on top with a great view of Tokyo tower and skytree.

Out dated. Unsure how this hotel qualified for Forbes 2026. The best thing is the lobby…. Rooms are out dated. Shower heads are old. Bath rooms are old. Not worth the price. Breakfast was trash and mainly American food.

The Villa Fontaine Premier is a very nice hotel. Very clean, nice view overlooking the bay, complimentary drinks in the mini fridge, Shower is very nice with great water pressure and HOT water. Staff is very friendly and spoke English well. Breakfast was good but limited. The Villa Fontaine Grand breakfast buffet has way more options.

A lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location, offering great value for money. The room was small but comfortable, and the bed provided a very good night’s sleep. The shower also had a wonderful waterfall feature. The only downsides were the small gym, which felt somewhat limited, and the breakfast, which was disappointing for the price. While the quality was acceptable, the selection of main dishes lacked variety and did not justify the additional cost. Despite these minor issues, I would stay again.

Having an in-unit washer/dryer is a big plus for the stay.

An excellent breakfast, staff really helpful. Good location for Ueno station. Terrace was a nice spot to rest, especially for us as our room was tiny and had a view of a concrete staircase. So we probably should have chosen a better room especially for a 6 day stay, but that’s on us!
