Northwest Bulgaria All inclusive Vacations

The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back.

Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view from our room of the mountain. We hope to return again and will book this hotel. Perhaps ask for a room that is not over the restaurant.

I love everything about this property. The staff was friendly and great. The room amazing and also the lobby and I love that smell in the lobby.

The check in was confusing. Eventually staff showed up. Did the job, but no more. Room was big, clean, and bed was fine. Couldn't really feel air conditioning. I was promised a robot to deliver room service. No robot. Food was terrible. Shuttle on time. That's the most I can say.
