Staff everything was reat, good value

Rooms are clean and well appointed. I found the pillows too hard, but that just might be me. The staff are exceptional here....best you could ask for. The hotel is in a good position, reasonably close to SM Clark and the entertainment area, yet far enough away to be reasonably peaceful. The pool was great and kept very clean, meals were good and reasonably priced. I wanted to use the gym byt unfortunately the main piece of equipment was not in working order. I will be staying at Savannah again on my next trip to Angeles City.

A little bit off the main drag which means it's quiet. Small hotel. All rooms face the gorgeous pool! Rooms are cavernous/warehouse size! Clean. Fabulous amenities! Great TV options. Staff is top-notch! They communicate with you and reply to you before your visit whereas other hotels just ignore your messages. I will be returning here.

I’ve stayed at Carousel before and gave a 5 star rating. I wasn’t as lucky this stay. I was in room 304. To begin, the room had a strong Korean garlic smell. The worst part was the water pressure and temperature. Most of the time there was very little water pressure and no warm water. Otherwise, it’s still a decent place to stay and staff are nice. Because of the smell and water issues, I decided to leave a day early. I knew I would not get a refund but couldn’t stay another day. I would’ve only selected one star but the staff were nice.

I booked this hotel in advance because I was truly looking forward to a relaxing vacation after a 19-hour flight. Sadly, my experience here was incredibly disappointing. The first room I was given was unacceptable: no drinking water, an unplugged refrigerator, an unclean comfort room, and an air conditioner that barely worked. To their credit, the front desk staff were kind and moved me to Room 212. Unfortunately, that room was also a downgrade and came with its own issues: a strong smell from the nearby restaurant, very poor water flow, a toilet that wouldn’t flush properly, slimy bathroom tiles, no slippers, and a remote control with dead batteries. Even the simple request for a tabo and timba was met with items that looked dirty and unusable. After such a long journey, all I wanted was to rest and take a proper shower, but instead I was left in tears in the lobby from sheer exhaustion and frustration. The staff reassured me that I would not be charged for early check-in and even showed me a message from their manager. To my shock, I was still billed despite their promise. This entire experience not only ruined the start of my trip but also left me feeling deeply frustrated and let down. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and ensures no other guests go through the same situation.
