The Property has a convenient location and it also has a cvs and 2 Starbucks. The staff is friendly. The pool was packed and there’s no shade unless you pay $350 for the cabana and spend at least $250. I think they could improve some areas like the bathroom shower water pressure

Great property all the way around!

Ended up staying an additional night after having checking out; we decided to return to the hotel for a 4th night.

It’s a newer hotel, so working out the small issues is a given. The room(s) were very spacious, my family and I booked without seeing some of the pictures (I believe they were not uploaded yet) so we didn’t realize that there would be a fully furnished kitchen. The staff we talked to were very welcoming and accommodated us accordingly. We were not informed that there was an event going on at the time we arrived to check in, so at first it was a little overwhelming because we thought that there was a front desk and a receptionist right as you enter the lobby but it seemed a little disorganized because there were guests for the event roaming around the lobby and the front desk was pushed away from the doors itself. However, we were not worried about that because a staff member found us and helped us check in. So overall, very happy to have stayed at Otonomus Hotel and would highly recommend if you need a break away from the city, the staff are attentive, the rooms are clean, and the AI system is interesting to learn about (it gives off a very modern vibe to the hotel scene!)
