미라벨 정원이 바로 앞에 있는 멋진 호텔입니다. 식사하고 미라벨 정원 산책 추천해요. 조식도 맛있고 직원들도 친절해요. 그런데 투숙중에 에어컨이 안 나와서 확인해보니 창문이 안 닫혀 있었네요. 창문이 열리면 에어컨이 자동으로 꺼지는 시스템이더라구요. 창문 닫는 것이 힘들어서 밤에 직원 불러서 겨우 닫았어요. 방을 바꿔준다고 했는데 너무 늦어서 그냥 잤어요. 룸청소 하면서 직원이 창문을 열었는지 외출하고 와서 룸이 너무 더워서 고생했어요. 직원 교육이 필요해요.

However, it's worth noting that there were a few drawbacks that slightly marred an otherwise flawless experience. The limitations of the pool facilities were noticeable, especially when compared to other hotels of similar name and value. Additionally, during the evening turndown service, there were a few minor cleaning oversights that, while not egregious, were unexpected in a hotel of this caliber. Despite these minor hiccups, I must emphasize that everything else about my stay at Hotel Salzburg was perfect. The staff's commitment to providing a world-class experience overshadowed any shortcomings in amenities.

오래된 호텔이고, 방은 오래된 목재 가구로 되어 있어 사진을 보면 고풍스러우나 실제로는 가구가 낡고 오래된 침대도 다소 불편했음. 직원들은 친절하고, 타월, 시트, 방 청소가 깨끗한 편임. 물비누, 샴푸/바디워시 만 있음. 서비스 물 등 기본 음료나 슬리퍼도 없었고, 냉장고, 커피 포트, 헤어드라이어, 금고 등 일반 호텔에 있는 것들이 없음. 볼거리와 즐길거리가 많은 구 도심에서으로 걸어서 15-20분 거리에 있어 위치는 좋은 편임. 그러나, 호텔 부분 길에 사람 왕래가 많지 않아 밤에 걸어다니기에 다소 무서웠고, 버스 정류장이 근처에 있으나 버스 노선도 적고 버스 운행 주기가 길어 대중 교통으로 이동하기에는 불편했음. 아침식사는 8유로인데, 빵, 시리얼, 쥬스/우유/커피, 오이/토마토, 치즈 3-4종, 슬라이스 햄 3-4종, 요구르트, 계란이 제공되어 적절했음. 시설과 교통이 불편하지만, 시내에 근접성을 고려할 때 가격에 맞는 수준의 호텔인 것으로 보임.
