We just got back from the National Hotel in Miami Beach and I have to say, it was one of the best stays I’ve ever had down there. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — that perfect mix of classic Art Deco charm and modern comfort.
But what really made the trip was the people. Katie, the manager, went above and beyond from the moment we checked in — warm, welcoming, and just genuinely kind. By the pool, Pablo took such great care of us every single day, somehow remembering our orders before we even had to ask. And Miadora, our pool attendant, was amazing — so friendly, so on top of everything, and made the whole experience feel personal and easy.
It’s rare to find a place where the service feels this genuine. We’ll definitely be back — the National has officially become our Miami spot.

"The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded."
