I came for my 5 days for my 36th birthday and everything was amazing!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better, cleaner hotel! I would say it is more of an adult hotel which was also a 10/10.

This is our favorite and go-to place as we do not gamble and the location is unbeatable. Would appreciate some kitchenware rather than having to request from housekeeping. Brought our own paper plates/cups etc just for microwaving leftovers.

Check in was amazing and fast. We upgraded and had a suite earlier than 4 pm. The hotel really needs to do a better job of cleaning the rooms, especially the bathrooms where they seem to leave splatter on the walls around the bathrooms, toilet paper rolls, and honestly on the walls in general. I think it’s a biohazard not to properly wipe blood, urine, etc from past staff off walls adequately. This is still supposed to be the most prestigious hotel on the strip- a few extra minutes in each room would make a huge difference from a cleanliness perspective.

Booked a king room , and got an email to upgrade accepted it for a suite it was my husbands 30th birthday we got there and they told us there sold out , gave us a room with smelly sheets, and said to come back tomorrow to get a suite upgrade went back and still wasn’t available … was supposed to be a high end get away surprise for my husband they ruined the whole thing and the staff did not care ..

I enjoy staying at The Fontainebleau the staff were amazing, the food was excellent and the room is very nice
