It is a bit of a walk from the train however that is the only downfall it was totally worth it though! When checking in they told us they were going to upgrade us to the best room the hotel had because it became available and oh boy were we surprised! It was so kind to do for no reason at all and the room made the trip for us it was extremely beautiful and cultural it made our trip so much better! We will 100% be back and staying there again!! This is a must book spot!

Liked the traditional Japanese home. However the hotel is a bit cramped (possible same across Kyoto) - the room overall is big, but the number of doors/small enclosures make it feel cramped.

If you check in early the hotel holds onto your luggage which is super helpful. The room sizes were very comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring. Only downside was the elevator has it would create a line during check-ins or checks out as it always stops on the second floor, which is the reception area.

Excellent stay they took great care of us, beautiful rooms small but plenty of space. Great location as well for getting around Osaka. The amenities were lovely with free coffee and tea and one hour of free beer per day. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone going to Osaka. Very reasonably priced.

The hotel is well located for easy travel to and from Kansai Airport. Namba train station is right next door for train connections and there's also a bus terminal that connects the airport directly (50 minutes). The rooms are very clean and you get daily supplies of complimentary water, tea/coffee and espresso machine too.
Multiple elevators for easy access, I was on the 28th floor which offered a great view of the city night and day.
The bathroom is great with the button controls and the power shower is great too.
