The hotel is well located and you can walk around. Just most of the staff is like in a bad mood, for example I arrived around 13:00 and the girl in the front desk told me, checking in is at 15:00 or pay extra. I told her I dont want to pay and she gave me back my passport and said come back later. In most of the places, they normally do the paper work so later I can just go to pick up the key but this was not the case.

Excellent service and perfect place for family trip

Access to the art gallery and lighthouse was wonderful. More shuttle buses would have been preferred. Access to wifi was non existent

1. 피트니스룸의 온도가 1층 수영장에서 유입되는 습기로 습도가 너무 높아 운동하는데 체감온도가 넘 높았고 또 피트니스시설 사용하기 위해서 1층에서 다시 체크인해야 되는 절차가 매우 불편했습니다. 또한 높은 습기로 운동기구의 전자기판 내구성에 영향을 미칠것으로 생각합니다. 2. 1층 식당옆 라운지바에서 가수가 노래를 밤10시까지 큰소리로 불러 8층방까지 소음이 들려 조용히 쉬려는데 토요일, 일요일 양일간 매우 매우 불편했습니다. 특급호텔에 투숙하는 고객에 대한 서비스를 좀 더 신경써야 될것으로 생각합니다. 3. 호텔 체크인 할때 해비치가 무슨 뜻이냐고 물었더니 해가 처음 비추는곳이라고 들었습니다, 그런데 이단어가 제주 방언에서 유래된건라고 알려주시면 더 좋았겠다. 해비치라는 단어가 순수 한국어인지 아니면 영어인지를 몰라서 물어보는데 말이죠. 4. 지하 주차장에 주차시 차를 편리하게 찾기위해서 각 기둥에 일련 번호를 표시하면 차찾기가 쉽지 않을까 생각합니다. 오성급호텔 지하주차장 기둥에 어떤 번호도 없어서 정말 황당했습니다. 5. 화장실 변기 사용후 물이 채워질때마다 나는 이상한 소음으로 매우 불편했습니다. 전체적으로 오성급 호텔은 아닌것으로 생각합니다.

Ocean Suites is very accessible, staff are super friendly, our room has always been cleaned daily. If we go back to Jeju, we will definitely book at this hotel again

Nice and spacious room. Surrounding environment is also nice.
