Enoshima Beach Vacations

The hotel was brand new, with lovely wooden floors and decor. Check in was easy and welcoming and location is close to shops, restaurants and Ueno station. The room is a large open space (we had three people in the flower room). There was also a portable cooking hob if you need to do simple cooking. We thought it was great value for the busy season we were in Tokyo. There wasn’t much to fault, only one minor things which may have made the stay even better- another option for pillow (although this may have been available, and I just didn’t ask).

Wonderful room, clean and elegant. Staff were extremely helpful and eager to please. Location in Ginza district just a 10 minute walk to Tokyo station. We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend it.

Laundry service was super convenient as well as kitchenette. Very clean room as well. Will recommend.

Best place for a family

The room was on the smaller side compared to hotel rooms in Canada but overall great Hotel.

The rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is closer to Shinagawa station, handy to 7-11 and other amenities

This is a great hotel in a good location. The staff could not do enough for us. Check in was quick and easy and our luggage which was sent from Osaka was there waiting for us. We had an executive king and it was a lovely room, very clean with tons of amenities in case you forgot something. The executive lounge was great for breakfast, (you do need to book a time to arrive 8-8:45 or 9-9:45, they always got us in the time we wanted). The staff at breakfast were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is good, not in the heart of Tokyo, but near enough that it is a short walk to everything. There is a train station right next door. I liked the location as it was a nice quiet walk back after the chaos that can be Tokyo. I would like to again stress how lovely the staff was, whatever question we had was answered, whatever help we needed was given. They cancelled a reservation for us, and recommended a nearby restaurant that we would have never found and was delicious. The hotel is large, and the lobby can be very busy, but someone will always ask if they can help you. My only complaint, (small one) is the washer/dryer. We did our laundry and after an hour the clothes were still as wet. The dryer is not a typical dryer so can take hours to dry clothes. We ended up hanging them all around our room so we did not spend hours waiting for them to dry. Would I stay here again, yes! It was clean, quiet and the location was great!

Brand new property from the MONday chain. Rooms are large with Apart-Hotel style amenities. Washer and dryer in the room made it quite convenient. Rooms are fully functional and only small minor complains. The proximity to the VERY busy Yamanote and Shinkansen lines literally on your window made it slightly inconvenient, although it was not horrible... The AC blows literally on the beds. There was no way to change the direction of the flow. It would help tremendously to put a diverter in the AC unit.
