The hotel room and amenities were super clean and the view from my room and the garden were spectacular. The only negative is that you have to take a taxi in and out of the hotel which is quite expensive.

This is my fifth stay at Granvia Okayama. Elegant, comfortable, and convenient. I asked for extra bath towels, and they were delivered within 5 minutes.
I didn't opt for the hotel breakfast, since there are so many convenient and less expensive options in the station area.
