Great service and local shuttle from the start til the end. Staff Joseph was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great every morning along with the complimentary water bottles. Has gmy, pool and self service laundry. Best is the free local shuttle.

Staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was good. The only concern was the hotel is very old, the alley that the hotel is located, not great area. Also the hotel is under construction, if I knew I wouldn’t book it.Overall our stay was ok.

We usually stay at centre points because it’s an apt. We used to stay quite a lot at the shangri la. Overpriced for a dated room. IMO. We like having washer dryer too.

Located in the centre of all the action, close to the BTS and many shopping options. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, comfortable and spacious.

We’ve come here for the 3rd time now. Easy and quick from Suvarnabhumi and onward travel from here. Great to see a lot of life back at the hotel after COVID. Fantastic value and dining/ breakfast at Rueng Thai Karaket by the Klong has just such a great atmosphere. Recommended if you have your own car.

Access to rooms is from an outside corridor. Hotel has no proper entrance, you walk through a bar and corridor to get to the life for reception. Very confusing. However, there are door staff to help you. Breakfast buffet a bit basic for a hotel.

I was told I would receive two complementary drinks and access to anything in the mini bar .... no drinks and mini bar was empty in my room. Also unfortunately the doors slam really loud on the floor I was on and could hear doors closing all night as guest came and went. Great hotel but attention to detail a little more would have been nice .

Extremely upmarket I was upgraded as I could not participate in the breakfast offering. My room was truly amazing Cleaners come every day and thoroughly clean my room from head to toe. The property itself was upmarket, I spent most of my time in the gym overlooking the stunning grounds and pool. Would recommend this to anyone - You are in the best of hands xoxox Miss Jeanette Clabassi

The hotel is located far from the BTS station. There is a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms.
