Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo is a magical place. The room we were in was immaculate, the grounds were meticulously manicured and the food was incredible. But what sets this place above, is the people. We have stayed at many high end hotels and resorts across the world and I will say, the staff at Hotel Chinzanso make everyone feel incredibly well taken care of...special...like royalty. This will be the only hotel we stay at when going back to Tokyo.

I visited Hotel MONday with my family (4 Adults + 1 child) on 25-Sep-25 for 5 days. The room was quite spacious and kitchen was well equipped with all the equipments (hot plate, microwave, fridge and other cutlery). We being vegan to be able to cook ourselves was a plus point. Also a lot of grocery stores like Family, LIFE supermarket were at a walkable disance allowing us to easily get necesary items. Hotel was at a walkable distance from Metro station (8 - 10 min walk) so we were able to easily visit different places. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was nice but service at front desk was poor, couldn’t understand most what we asked request, this is second time we visited and club floor breakfast is limited choice than last time we can use different restaurant for breakfast, for the price will go somewhere else!
