Very pleasant stay, great location for dining, entertainment and walking around. Staff were extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. Roof terrace was nice. Bit short on amenities but if it’s just a room you need in a great location then this is a great option.

The hotel was friendly, professional and welcoming on arrival. They gave a full rundown on all the amenities including the twice a week area toured and the wine tastings.
Our room was nicely appointed with nice linens and great pillows it was cozy and intimate.
The location is excellent, quick walking access to Grand Central, 5th Avenue, the theater district, Time Square etc.
Having an amazing restaurant with equally amazing staff in the building was a real plus.

First night I booked I had no working AC. They had no where to move me and no one to fix it that day. The following day I had to wait until 2pm for another room. It was not a comfortable night. I tried to clear my mind and the gym also was not available because it was being renovated. I asked for a discount and management said they could only take off my “resort fee” which was not enough for the inconveniences.
