Property is ok. Really not much to it and service can’t even compare to Shangri La. Had to call multiple times to get towels delivered and breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Would not be my 2nd or 3rd choice for resorts in Mactan. Shangri La is the same price after you add in the breakfast and Shangri La blows away Crimson in all aspects.

The room was very nice and clean. Transportation service was seamless! Staff were all very courteous and responsive. Facility is well maintained and clean.

The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach.
It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice.
The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!!

Place was great. Staff was fantastic. They are very helpful, very attentive and polite. We will definitely stay in here again when we go back.
