East Dorset District Cheap Vacations

Very nice property. It’s in a quiet locations but also has convenient transportation options. We would have loved to use the pool but it closes at 8pm. After our excursions, we got back around 9pm, so we couldn’t use it. Other than that, I would recommend it.

The stars and service question and rating are subtly skewed as the hotel itself the staff was phenomenal and top tier. However, the restaurant staff on property for Luciano by Gino D’Acampo was utterly horrendous, waited 45 minutes for water refills and only received because I got up to ask for them, not much was done at all about the issue other then restaurant management making excuse of being short staffed, but she couldn’t be bothered to check on us or anyone else knowing that? We received a 20% discount upon checkout and lodging a more formal complaint in the lobby. We had reservations for two months and made it our last meal in the UK and couldn’t had been more disappointed or let down. The hotel nice, their restaurants, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Good location. The room was a good size and nice view. Front desk was nice. Bathroom wasn’t clean on our arrival. The hall ways had odor. Mostly a positive stay.

Location was really good only a few blocks from the underground. 15 minute walk from Big Ben and a lot of other things to see.

Perfect location and staff are very friendly. I am planning on going back in the future.
