Centrally located near Cecil food court, Lobby, guest room, facilities spot on, no issues during stay. Helpful staff, would return as my favorite pick when staying in Penang.

Great, everything works. Only inconvenience to note if u book the same room under 2 different reservations, u need to reactivate your room cards for the next booking. We stayed over 3 nights. Booked 2 nights with breakfast & 1 without breakfast coz of an early flight. We had to reactivate the cards even though it’s for the same room, under the same name.
