It is always an amazing stay at Virgin hotels! I will ALWAYS stay at The Virgins Hotel, especially in Las VEGAS. Truly one of my favorite hotels out there, especially in Las Vegas. Not to mention it is affordable luxury! 10/10 hotel, and the location is perfect. It is close to the airport and on the strip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Alice and the staff in the Gold Experience were beyond helpful. Loved the room, balcony and service overall.

Rooms were very nice but overall service was poor. We had to ask for our room to be serviced on more than one occasion and when it was the service was a bit lacking. Toiletries not being topped up for example, bath mats been taken and not replaced etc. Also, we were on the club level and the Prestige Club at the Palazzo was frankly appalling. Drinks service was taking in excess of 20 minutes, tables remained uncleaned for around 90 mins (counted 16 uncleaned tables on one evening). Food was not replenished or was non existent. Wrong drinks were served. The staff themselves were apologetic but just not enough of them there to cope. After several poor experiences, we tried the Prestige Club at the Venetian and this was a world apart and couldn't be faulted. In short, avoid the Prestige club at the Palazzo and use the Venetian instead.

Had a quick one night stay, got upgraded to a suite without even realizing. The room was nice! Wish we had more time in it to enjoy it more haha

The staff at check in was very good, helpfull.

This property is located in the heart of the Manhatten Theatre district. We were able to walk to Times Square in minutes and there was a lot to see and do in the area. The price was good and the robotic parking next door was perfect for us. High marks all around.
