The first issue was when I checked in , I was informed that I had no reservation . My name can’t be found on the reservation so I was told by the staff at the front desk to call the owner . Took a while to get an answer .
The other issue was that the room was not really clean esp the dining table. I had to clean them myself. I also had an issue with the water flooding all over the bathroom floor every time I showered and not drying all day and some broken structures . Tried to reach the condo unit rep who sent a maintenance guy while I was out . I tried to reach out again w/ no response for 2 days and the issue with the flooded floor never solved at all even after I checked out .

Staff were very attentive to our needs, welcoming and always smiling, rooms are clean, it was wonderfully quiet, the pool was wonderful and not crowded at all, and the food was delightful! I would definitely recommend this resort!

Lex hotel placed is accessible just everywhere… great pool.. grandkid enjoyed it so much breakfast is good.. staff are attentive and accommodating.. room is big and clean.. around the corner Mc Donald and Jollibee .. which grandkids love.. walking distance to Ayala Mall..highly recommended.. one of the best hotel in Cebu ..

The place is amazingly beautiful but the staff are not very helpful. You cannot bring your small kitchen appliances that we purchased from SM which is ridiculous. What are they thinking? We pay lots of money to stay in this hotel and use our appliances?
The pools closes at 7pm which is way too early.
