Nothing great but it’s ok hotel

Very nice property with Western-size rooms, right in the heart of Tenjin and its shopping district. Somewhat odd that the lobby is on the 19th floor, while the guest rooms are below. The only minor mark is the Lounge . . . beet nice decor, but don’t expect much in terms of food or snacks. Sparse would be the correct descriptive. Having said that, I’d gladly stay again.

Nice place to be, close to everything a traveller would need.

This place has a really nice lobby that gives us great intro to the city. I mean the high ceiling was beautiful and I appreciate that library like shelves and the McIntosh Soundsystem quietly playing some lounge music I like that. The cafeteria was good too, but one part that they could’ve made better was the entryway is a little crowded. Food was good and one weird thing that I really really liked was the chopsticks that they used. They were so fine light and accurate. I really like our room. Our family of four people fit in perfectly and the ambience was up-to-date, clean modern I like it. Parking the car was good too. They had a nice basement parking getting around the city easy.

Great central place to stay in Fukuoka. Staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are large and well stocked. Decor is slightly dated and the TV entertainment system was a bit lacking, but otherwise it was a great stay.

This is an excellent hotel and very convenient to do shopping. The hotel is new and beautiful, very modern setting and the people are friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back again.

This is a great facility for it's view from the onsen. They post sunrise time daily so one can use the rooftop outdoor onsen to enjoy sunrise at the right time. This place is great for travelers that drives. It's slightly far from the train station (about 15-20 minutes by foot), but has buses that could get you there. Limited selection of restaurants around. Traditional breakfast provided is tasty.

Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. Onsen nice, clean, relaxing after a long day sightseeing

This is the perfect space for a family to explore Fukuoka. Super spacious and really well appointed and comfortable. Really walkable location - right near canal city centre, the night canal stalls and some great restaurant options. Check in process is remote and quite fiddly, but once in we had a great stay.
