This is in an excellent location staff were lovely and considerate
Do note the walls are thin and everyone walking past and their conversations could be heard and people in the next room also

The room was super small. The location is very convenient despite that its not the best neibhbourhood. The price is high despite expedia saying thag theyve offered discount already. Found out that booking beforehand is worse, book on the spot and I could have saved 10pc and more and gor a free breakfast. The room is sooo small and the fan is sooooo loud.

The Harbour Plazas are all good, this one is no exception, you know what you are getting if you are a regular. It is a bit of a trip back in time to another era, wood trim everywhere makes it warm and welcoming. Rooms are not big, but are usually nice. The facility is clean. The only thing I didn't like was out of the hotel's control, that the building across the street was being renovated so the Starbucks, Cafe De Coral, Pret a Manger and several others were all demolished. This meant an additional block just to get to McDonald's, about the only restaurant around, as well as a Wellcome, and a Circle K. Pret was there but a full block away. As such it was inconvenient. Otherwise it is a great hotel near the MTR.

The hotel upgraded my stay to a suite. It was very spacious and had all the amenities I needed. However some things obviously need upgrading (shower and floors) and only one elevator was available and the hotel is located in a mixed use building which caused some delays. Overall the location is wonderful, very close to two metro stations and other transport, fairly quiet in the evenings.

"V clean though the property and the rooms are dated. Cleaners work extremely hard to maintain the area in good shape. Next to North Point MRT station, so transport is v convenient. Every time I visit HK, I will not hesitate to book this hotel again."
