I have been staying at the clairidge hotel a few times a year since 2006
For some reason my reservation date I booked on expedia was the day after I arrived
They refused to change it to the day I arrived
So I paid two days. Honestly the place is getting pretty run down. Will find a new hotel

Excellent location and services. Some receptionists have enough English whearas some barely understand. However, they were eager to help. The condition of the room is ok but the lobby and breakfast area need update. The breakfast is adequate but no ham, cheese or egg.
