Japan Food and Wine Vacations

Room was great. Very spacious for a room in Japan. The Cross Floor had a nice water and ice dispenser. Access to the lounge was nice. Provided drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages) and snacks. I wouldn’t overspend for the Cross Room Floor for lounge. Breakfast was good. Various options to eat. Location was ideal for Dontobori if that’s where you want to be nearby

Very clean, laundry machine available for charge, walkable to multiple train stations

The room is really clean and the staff are respectful. The only minor issue we had is the common laundry which only has 2 machines so people are cramming to do their laundry in the morning. I wish they have at least 2 more washing machines to accommodate the volume. But overall, our experience was really great!

Room clean, breakfast buffet good very convenient shopping right the same building if I come back to Osaka will stay here again 👍

Loved the lounge area with the free pancakes! The laundry facilities were also great. The one thing that could be improved is to add lotion to the rooms and steam clean the carpets.
