I only wish we knew ahead of time how amazing this hotel was. We would have stayed 2 nights instead of one. This is the nicest place I have ever stayed in Europe as well as many other places in North America. We didn’t know about the spa facilities either and would have planned time to use them! The lobby is beautiful, I enjoyed a glass of wine in the ‘living room’, the outdoor terrace is serene with the living wall…breakfast was 5 stars and the room was incredible. And ultra cold A/C. An absolute gem of a place. Can’t wait to return.

This property was lovely. It was SO convenient and right near the Market Place. Where you can find lots of food/drinks places. Walkable to the canal boat ride, beautiful view and lots of bars to sit with beautiful canal views. We visited Bruges, Ghent/Gent and Brussels. Bruges was our favourite. Property had a lift, really great air conditioning (we went in the hot weather) staff were lovely, she even gave us cute little cookie on our departure!! Bus service there as well, can pay contactless on the bus. Bus number 2 also takes you to Bruges station

Location is great. Property is historic. However, for the price (about $579 per night), the room was just ok. The worst part was that view was literally one of what looked like drainage pipes and and AC vents. Very disappointing and not a good value for money. Kept the window closed the whole time which was depressing. I'd recommend staying elsewhere and just visiting the hotel for brunch or a meal. I would not stay here again. The staff was very prompt, friendly and super helpful.
