Enjoyed the lavish buffet spread with fresh sashimi and international food! Great private onsen. Friendly staff. Only one small downside is traveling with kids we can’t sleep together as have to split to two bedrooms and it’s separated by a wall. And also have to travel abit for dinner

The hotel is clean but very dated. The restaurants are not good. Except for the 2nd floor breakfast.The service and staff are very nice. One of the person who really made a big difference in our stay is Amal from the concierge dest. He's an exceptional person. The skis equipments also very dated.
