Great River Road Golf Vacations

We really enjoyed the downstairs piano bar and the staff were very nice. The bed was comfy, however, they gave us a handicapped room when we didn’t need it (I couldn’t hang my dresses high enough so they wouldn’t hit the floor) and the shower flooded the bathroom. I’ve stayed in the Pontchartrain before, and the regular room that I had then was much better than this one.

Parking is very high

From the well kept history to the Southern charm of the employees, our stay was wonderful. Use the personal concierge if you can they are wonderful! Make sure you take a little time to talk with doorman Randy, not only is he filled with joy, but he’s quite an interesting man as well. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with oir experience!

The hotel was very clean the staff was very nice and the rooms were very nice

I loved the atmosphere of this hotel! The room was very clean and I enjoyed the layout a lot. I will say the street parking was not the best to deal with plus the birds in the trees along the road redecorate cars. They do offer valet if you don’t want to deal with it.
