Las Vegas Kid friendly Vacations

We enjoyed our stay, but the property needs to be updated.

We enjoyed our stay here, mostly for the convenient location however room is quite basic and we were super disappointed that there is no hot tub for use in January.. seems like the time of year you would want it the most. The hotel is very clean however no way to check in early unless you are willing to pay which is silly IMO if rooms are just sitting empty. Probably would shop around for somewhere else if I were to come back

Everything was great. Our first morning the shower was not warm enough. They quickly took care of it and had no further issues. Very nice room. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Heidi at check in is phenomenal

The room was spotless and beautiful and all the staff we interacted with ( from front desk to concierge to housekeeping) were wonderful and helpful. My only complaint would be the fact that there was NO coffeepot in the room! Having to get dressed and go to the main floor and stand in line to buy coffee when I really wanted to relax in my room before saying good morning to the world was a huge letdown. That is the main reason i don't give it 5 stars.
