Only really had issues with the water system. Both rooms we books had issues with getting hot water to run and the pressure. Other than that it was a good experience.

Glass elevator at the end of the hall is no longer working along with 2 elevators on the North Tower. Paying for an upgrade is a waste of money in that tower. I paid for a King Luxe Suite and it was a complete rip-off. You had to walk forever to get to a working elevator. But the cheap room because their upgrades are trash until they start fixing the elevators. I won’t go back to the Westgate. Elvis would be ashamed.

"It was a very last minute booking. The rooms are nice. Not extravagant by any means, but that’s not why we stayed there.
