Eastern Suburbs Kid friendly Vacations

We found the room service not very good. Our rooms weren’t cleaned. I had a bleeding nose the first night we got there and it got on the top of the blankets and on the pillow and we told the front desk about it and all they did was go and flip the pillows and move the sheets so they thought we couldn’t see it And the bathrooms were very smelly. The staff at the front desk were amazing. The only complaint I had was about the cleaning.

Great property and location

Lovely stay. Nice sized apartment for two for 5 nights. Nothing was a problem to staff with personal requests. They were also happy to bring anything extra we needed to the room. The gym lovely warm spa and pool were a bonus to a well earned break.

Good location for walkability, good size room (superior queen) and friendly staff. Thanks team! We did not try breakfast or room service during our 2 night stay.

Service was overall great, friendly and helpful staff, delicious drinks and food at the restaurant and from room service. Great location. Im not giving 5 stars cause the floor in my room was a bit dusty in the corners and the one time I asked my room to be serviced it seemed like they started cleaning but did not finish. There was a spray bottle with cleaning solution in it left on the bathroom counter, bathmat not replaced and floor still a bit susty.

Had a great stay with a surprise upgrade. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was great and staff are all lovely and welcoming. Look forward to our next stay.

This hotel is beautiful. All the staff are happy to help and the food is excellent. I highly recommend the Langham.
