Great location and clean hotel room

Nice hotel in a great location in Hong Kong. The hotel is an easy walk from Hong Kong/Central station and there are many restaurants and cafes around (Fineprint was an amazing coffee shop with a spectacular breakfast - an easy walk from the hotel). The rooms are clean and comfortable (the cleaners honestly did an amazing job every day) and there is a nice gym. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I would happily stay here again.

Sirring our first day at the hotel the air-conditioning was so loud that my wife didn’t sleep a wink. When we returned for a pre-booked second visit and asked for a better room they kept us waiting for half an hour and suggested we return to the previous terrible noisy room. Eventually after we made a fuss, they gave us an upgraded room, which seemed like a good idea until we realised that; the toilet would regularly completely block, the door lock didn’t work properly, the fridge was non-operational, the entire room was tired and dirty. We would highly recommend that you don’t stay at this hotel, and we will never be returning. The one saving grace of this establishment was that the staff were generally very helpful especially the concierge. Good luck!

All employees are very helpful and pleasant specially Kevin and Jin chief concierge they have gone out of their way to help us. They made our stay very worthwhile.

Great location and clean hotel room

Smaller size rooms are the norm in space-confined Hong Kong, but this property made good use of the Executive Room floor plan, perfectly adequate for my stay. Entire facility was clean, and having two elevators serving the building meant that car waits were minimized. Air conditioning was effective.
