Yes staff was great. But we were not allowed a late check out.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The Venetian team was very accommodating, our room was beautiful, prestige level fantastic and views lovely. The water in the Venetian resort was turned off the second day because of a water main break in the area. We were moved upon our request to a different part of the resort that wasn't affected by the water issue. They gave us a $200 food credit and credited a portion of our stay for all of the inconvenience. We were very impressed and appreciate everything the resort did to improve our stay and make us comfortable.

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

The room was beautiful and spacious! One of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in!!

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

The staff was professional and courteous valet. Parking was excellent beds were comfortable.
