Especially the team running the Chantara and By The Sea restaurants at the beach every afternoon and evening! The singers and dancers do a fantastic job entertaining guests each night too!

Several swimming pools -- not to mention the Andaman Sea right at the hotel. An unexpected plus was the wildlife I saw -- a few huge birds flying through the tall trees, monkeys swinging in the trees, even a water monitor

I recently stayed at Pakasai Resort in Krabi and had a generally positive experience, especially when it came to location and service. The resort is ideally situated—just a short and convenient walk to the water ferries, making it incredibly easy to explore nearby islands. This was one of the biggest highlights of the stay and made day trips seamless. The staff truly stood out. From check-in to breakfast service, everyone was warm, attentive, and eager to help. Nai and Dy in particular went above and beyond to make our stay feel special—their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Overall, the team’s level of care made the experience feel welcoming and well-managed throughout. The rooms themselves were comfortable and nicely maintained. While they may not feel overly luxurious, they provided a pleasant and relaxing space to come back to after a day out. Breakfast was another strong point. There was a good variety of options, and the staff’s attentiveness during the meal service elevated the experience. One thing to note is that the resort does not offer a full spa on-site, which may be a downside for travelers specifically looking for a more comprehensive wellness or spa experience. Overall, Pakasai Resort is a solid choice if you’re prioritizing location, easy island access, and excellent service, with a comfortable (though not amenity-heavy) stay.
