Room clean, staff pleasant, however bathroom built in such a way that is not suitable for a shower unless you don’t mind a wet floor

Clean, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Beach has nice white sand. Pools were very well maintained. The spa experience was amazing listening to the waves crash while getting a massage.

Hotel was ok,it is a bit dated in places. Staff very helpful. Location is good.

Beautiful facilities. Love the fact that it is convenient distance to Vinpearl Harbour.

The staff were great nice and friendly. The room was ok but it should state if there are 2 adults and 2 children you need to pay for extra beds as the rooms don’t accomodate what is stated. The resort is nice but because the majority of visitors are Russian everything is Russian dominated even when talking to entertainment staff they talk to you in Russian. We stayed for New year which was lovely the food was amazing the entertainment was ok as again even the music was Russian. The pools were good but the hydro slides do need some maintenance. Hopefully this gets down when the new hotel is opened they can do maintenance on the older hotel. All is all a ok time but would be good if open to other nationalities apart from the Russians.

Stayed at the Anam to attend a friend's wedding.The staff at the resort are so helpful and kind. Buffet breakfast was delicious every morning. Restaurants are a bit pricey but the quality is very good, can't wait to come back again in the future.
