Staff are very courteous and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily, bottled water and coffee, personal care items were refilled and fresh towels provided. We love their breakfast buffet and the Halina outdoor restaurant. We were glad they have a beach access which we enjoyed early in the morning before it gets too hot.

This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again.

Spacious and comfortable room, very clean. Staff so welcoming and kind. Buffet breakfast was great, some items rotate every other day so it’s not exactly the same. Pools were beautiful, we came during the windy season so we swam in the 4th floor infinity pool. Casino was fun and hotel is located conveniently across from Ocean Park and SM Seaside. We travelled with one 5 year old so we ordered taxis to get around easily. Will be returning,

Seda is attached to Ayala Mall very convenient getting all your necessities. Beat experience are of the dining experience, I have to say even with long lines and the staff were calmed manage through it all. I have to commend 4 outstanding individual that stood out Valerie, Shella Marie, Angel and Jordan. They made my stay extra special and treat my partner with outmost kindness.
