Quite a nice hotel in a really great location. Really lovely staff. The rooms are pretty tiny but if you’re the type of traveler that we are, we only spent time in the room to sleep so it really doesn’t matter.
The breakfast buffet was excellent. Probably the best breakfast spread I’ve ever had. Not overly wasteful, a reasonable amount of choices that covers most dietary preferences (vegans should look elsewhere) and everything was absolutely delicious.
The location is fab. Walking distance to most things (including the metro!). Very easy to get around.
We also loved the 24hr gym. Really helped beat the jet lag.
I have never stayed at a Rydges before, but i would definitely consider again, them not only in Aus but anywhere else for my next vaycay.

Room clean. Outdated. Permanent stains on table and in bath tub I suspect as opposed to not being clean. Good bathroom amenities. Poor coffee making amenities. Overall good stay. Would stay again if in the same areas.
