Amazing place to stay in Austin. Great vibe, super friendly staff, fantastic pool. Lot’s of construction nearby, but still easily walkable to food and parks. Will stay here again on our next trip to Austin.

All good. We know the area well and it's the best hotel in the walkable area. a few little notes: 1. our room had only one glass in the bathroom and no beverage glasses, water or wine, in the bedroom so we had to have more sent. 2. the closet doors feel cheap and rattled when opened so I couldn't get dressed and out early while my wife slept the noise woke her. and 3. I forgot about a drink perk for two people until I saw this survey. It was mentioned on the ad for the booking but no one ever asked me how to or where to claim it. We did enjoy the pool, enjoy dinner with our granddaughter at Gabriels and enjoyed the view of the Tower from our room.

The condition of the property was disappointing considering it was a Westin. Bed was very creaky, bathroom shower had a crack in the floor. Shower door broken so water leaked outside. Toilet was finicky to flush.

"I wish I had upgraded to a room by the pool! Great accommodation. Excellent round the clock care. Easy check in. Comfy bed. Great restaurant with a changing menu and relaxing pool! I loved that you could order food by the pool as well. Valet is expensive overnight but worth it."
