TI has a smaller footprint, which is great! You don't have to walk a million miles to get what you need. Breakfast at the Coffee Shop is great and Phil's Steak House is excellent.

Clean room and amenities good restaurants

The room was decent. Mildly dated, but it was fine for what we needed. The upholstery on the chair at the desk was kind of disgusting. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the toilet didn’t like to flush well, but all in all, it was still good for what we paid for it. I’d definitely come back.

The hotel is nice and the suites are very spacious, but my experience was mixed. At check-in I was offered an upgrade, but the final charge was much higher than expected due to fees that were not clearly explained upfront. The room didn’t feel as clean as expected, and the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Overall, I’ve stayed at much cheaper hotels with better comfort and value.

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

Great location, room was clean, decent sized for NY (we did have the penthouse) and courteous staff.
