Loved our time at Almanity, the staff were exceptional in every way. Would absolutely recommend it and stay again given the opportunity.

The Victoria is the best u will get at Cu Dai beach and it’s a favourite of ours after 4 stays over the years. However u need to measure expectation with reality ! Location is stunning but property is old and needs refurbished! The junior suites are still good but the property just lacks attention to detail ! The reception staff are ok .. security and pool staff amazing! Bar and restaurant staff lack enthusiasm. The manager was present but not really engaging or interested sadly! Having stayed in town at La siesta .. customer service is outstanding.. we were spoiled! As long as we go here expecting a good 3 star u will not be disappointed but it’s bu no means the 5 star luxury advertised ! It’s still got a soft spot for us and just willing it to become better at the the little details !

Great resort, conveniently located close to the beach and Hoi An town. Majority of the staff exceptionally helpful. Only not a five star review due to a negative experience booking a day trip, otherwise fantastic.

This old ol style hotel is modernised, has a lovely old style charm and ambience of a resort. Our room (king suite) overlooked the pool area.p and the interior had lovely floorboards. The breakfast buffet was the best we have had in Vietnam and even offered Vietnamese coffee where you could make your own iced coffee with condensed milk and ice supplied. A change not to see “Americano” coffee on offer which is substandard. I really enjoyed the banana crepes they made. The grounds are also lovely and the gift shop has a few things to offer. Being only a 5 minute walk to the ancient town made this an ideal location.

Room was noisy, other guest and staff dragging chairs across floors interrupted sleep and general comfort.

The room was great and the staff were fantastic, so friendly and focused on the clients. Very attentive staff and extremely helpful with any questions we had. Would recommend staying here.
