Excellent helpful staff, especially Tony at the front desk, and Elizabeth, an attentive masseuse in the beautiful Borg Spa.
The rooms were quiet and kept very clean. The location was in the middle of the action - numerous restaurants and shopping was readily available. I would definitely recommend the Borg.

The room was kept extremely clean and the staff were always very helpful. The hotel's location is near several bus stops for both tours and the city's public transportation. Many of the Reykjavik's best restaurants are within walking distance.
