Tourist Corridor Luxury Vacations

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

The property was excellent! Clean, well maintained. The food was low quantity and processed food. All inclusive but the food 👎

Room: the room itself was clean, they left a note in the bathroom that said they would be in to change the sheets every three days fine. The housekeeper was in our room up to 3x a day. Why. Not changing the towels, then turn down service, unnecessary. I didn’t like how they were in the room multiple times a day. Also they knocked on our door at 3 and tried to get in. The last night we got food poisoning and what do you think is worse than sharing a toilet? The toilet not working. They had no water from 3am to 6am. They gave me a bucket to flush the toilet that didn’t work. It was a nightmare. Staff: all amazing and super helpful Bar: drinks were about $18 each and all very good Breakfast: food was great with the exception of getting sick
