Property is worn out and staff could be more courteous, especially during check in.
I was picked up from the airport as it is only a few minutes away which was great, however the driver and associate were unpleasant and carried a lot of negative energy.
Some staff at the hotel were great including middle agent gentleman working when we checked out. He was courteous and professional.
Hotel could score a lot more points if they can be more professional overall and work on renovating the property.

The room was very clean as soon as I entered the buffet was amazing and the staff was also extremely friendly and helpful to me there is a large relaxing pool the villas are spacious
