This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Derek. As foreigners and we use eSIM without a physical phone number, it’s not an easy thing to reserve Disney park tickets. Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!

It was clean. I just wish that the staff would speak English. Some of the counter people were helpful and others weren't.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was really nice. Overall nice area and good spot if you’re going to Disneyland.

The location is perfect—very close to Shanghai Disney, which made getting to the park easy and stress-free. The hotel is especially great for kids, with fun play areas that kept our child entertained and happy throughout the stay. The room was extremely large, with a very comfortable bed and high-quality pillows, sheets, and mattress—perfect for relaxing after long days at the park. The breakfast buffet was excellent—lots of variety and plenty of options for both adults and kids. Everything was fresh and well organized. Another huge plus: stroller rentals are available, which made our Disney days much easier. The hotel also offers convenient shuttle service to Disney, the airport, and nearby train stations, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations. Perfect for families visiting Disney—highly recommend!
