Clean room and facilities. Love the soft water and the products that are environmentally conscious. My only complaint is parking but other than that great stay.

Hotel is a bit tired and needs some freshing up. Common areas of the hotel smelt a bit dank. While parking on-site is handy, it is 50% more pricey for 12 hours parking than the public carpark next door.
Breakfast is also too pricey at ¥2500 per person. Room was clean but towels were quite thin and flimsy. The selection of TV channels was poor as only about 5 channels showing. A least one international news channel would be nice, like they provide in most hotels in Tokyo and Osaka.
